TERMS & CONDITIONS
Within seven days after the submission of your tuition payment, your payment is refundable, transferrable, and convertible.
Within the seven days, if the student has already entered the website classroom (lms.gertcrev.com) and/or any of our FB groups, GERTC will charge a service fee of Php1,500 per course should you wish to receive a refund regardless if you have participated in the available lectures and/or exams.
Seven days after the submission of your payment, the following will take effect in regards to your payment for the review and/or refresher:
1. Your tuition payment of this and any future payment of GERTC review/refresher for the upcoming board exam will become non-refundable. This means that the student can no longer receive a refund regardless if the student participated in its services or not.
2. Your tuition payment of this and any future payment of GERTC review/refresher for the upcoming board exam will become non-convertible. This means their payment can no longer be converted to any other GERTC services or products. This includes GERTC lite and plus, and any future GERTC product or service except for DITG Books.
3. Your tuition payment of this and any future payment of GERTC review/refresher for the upcoming board exam will become non-transferrable. This means that their tuition payment cannot be transferred in order to pay for another student’s tuition fee under GERTC.
For the face-to-face review and refresher, all payments are automatically non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-convertible upon payment.
Finally, GERTC places full responsibility on the purchasing of courses on the student. GERTC will not provide refunds in the case of a student repurchasing any of our courses. However, the student may transfer the extra payment made to pay for a different course.
